Idk if this is even allowed here but how do I genuinely get motivated to make art??? I can't seem to do anything but simple doodles and have no motivation to make rendered pieces (or at least things with simple coloring and shit)
idk wjat to do ☹️ please leave any tips for me I really do appreciate it
getting inspiration is a good way to feel motivated, but sometimes it won't work, then just do it, i take art like it's a job or school, you can't just "i'm not motivated to go to school or work, i just wont then"
I don't think I've ever thought of it that way! I really do just do art for fun so perhaps a different mindset will help me? Thank you for the advice :33

Best think to do for me is find something that inspires me and build off that motivation. Reengage with what made you want to draw in the first place!

Thank you :33 I don't think I've ever considered what made me want to draw so rediscovering that seems fun ^^ I'll rewatch some of my favorite series and hopes that sparks some motivation in me ??
